From their gooey centre to the slightly crispy top and ever-so-gently crunchy edge pieces, creating the ideal brownies is a labour of love. We’re thrilled to say that our craft bakers were more than happy to create that perfect brownie. The use of eggs and sugar to create that crispy top layer that every great brownie has, as well as the use of melted butter to hydrate the flour into a soft, rich, and delightfully dense brownie traybake. We would suggest serving these brownies warm, no matter what, since the chocolate content of them is rich and smooth when served at a slightly toasty temperature.
Chocolate brownies are a fine art, and our rich, gooey option is one of the best out there. This perfect brownie is wonderful with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
