Chocolate sauce can be made in a whole range of ways, from a base made from heavy cream, to a base made from something as strange as a bechamel sauce. While we’re not going to spoil the behind-the-scenes magic, we can assure you that our bakers have well and truly succeeded at creating wonderful chocolate sauce that’s ideal for any range of different desserts and offerings. We’d suggest using this chocolate sauce as an optional topping for a range of warm dessert – while it will be most popular for chocolate sponge, people will be happy to try it in a number of settings.
