Shortbread is something that has been traditionally made for centuries, and we’re happy to say that we’ve used that sense of tradition and recipe-crafting to create beautiful, melt-in-your-mouth shortbread that’s award winning. These shortbread are rolled and cut by hand in the total traditional way, which means that their texture isn’t impeded by gluten at all – they’re crumbly, buttery, and utterly divine. Combining this with the fact that they’re available in a range of shapes and sizes means that they’re a favourite among a number of our customers. Try offering some of our smaller options for dunking into coffee – the combination is wonderful.
