Designed for the perfect menu refresh, this dessert series brings classic flavours, seasonal favourites, and exciting, new trending flavours to your local Cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, and dessert bars tables.
Proudly produced by artisan family ice cream makers Mrs Dowsons, every variation is freshly made on-site at their Lancashire farm using high-quality natural ingredients and traditional family recipes.

Raspberry Pavlova Frappe

- 2 scoops of Eton Mess ice cream
- 120ml milk
- 120g ice
- 50g chopped strawberries
- 1 crushed meringue nest
- Whipped cream
- Chop strawberries
- Blend all ingredients until frothy
- Pour into a tall glass
- Serve with whipped cream
