The cookies & cream cheesecakes that we’ve been selling in our range are wonderfully beautiful. Not only do they encompass the smooth sided-smattery of the Ferrero Rocher cheesecake, but the base is also a supremely dark black, the colour of the biscuit of cookies & cream themselves. The filling, therefore, is white flecked with the black of cookies & cream biscuits to make a cheesecake that both looks and tastes impeccably wonderful. The entire assembly is finished with a swirl of dairy cream and a mini cookies & cream. Cookies & cream cookies are a classic example of a well balanced snack food – the extremely sweet creme and the bitter biscuit balance beautifully. We’re proud that we’ve maintained that balance in the cheesecakes.
