In this wonderful cake, we make sure to bring our baking expertise to the forefront and create a light, delicate, and moist sponge cake without the use of any ingredients containing gluten. Using that recipe, we added raspberry and white chocolate to create a decadent and beautifully balanced recipe which is almost impossible to avoid falling in love with. This cake is certainly moreish, so it might be wise to cut slightly larger slices. Try serving those slices with some whipped cream for some added moistness on the plate. This gluten-free option doesn’t compromise on flavour, making it an excellent addition to any dessert counter!
