We’re exceptionally proud of this delicious sticky toffee pudding option. It’s baked in very deep foils – nine and a half inches! When baked, it’s covered with a generous and wonderfully rich layer of dark, powerful toffee sauce. The combination of this sauce with the sponge leads to a simple divine final offering, which is just as brilliant as it is a recognisable classic. We made sure to create the toffee sauce with fresh cream and dark muscovado sugar. This means that the flavour of the sauce is completely authentic and traditional. Try offering a generous portion of this dessert with a helping of custard – the flavour combination is to die for!
