Our stunningly light and soft gateau cakes make a reappearance in this wonderfully well-selling option, with their soft texture being almost unmistakable from the creamy orange filling and dairy cream topping. The outside of this cake is brushed with a crumb of chocolate pieces. Each piece is topped with a gentle swirl of hand-piped dairy cream, as well as a wedge of chocolate orange to act as a delightful appetizer. We love the way that the creamy orange filling balances with the chocolate of the cake – we worked hard to achieve the perfect balance between those two ingredients, and we’re exceptionally happy with the results.
