This is a beautiful flavour combination that we’re honestly astonished we haven’t seen elsewhere. We thought of it when we considered the similarities between gingerbread and sticky toffee pudding, and we were thrilled when we realised we could create a tasty cake that offers all of those flavours in one mouthful.
